What is Rigging?

Rigging is the term for the general process of setting up event structures, including trusses. It is also a broad term for the equipment used. Production teams use various rigging equipment such as cables, chains, ropes, clamps, chain hoists, etc. to attach equipment to truss. All must be done so with safety as the #1 priority.
